Formats

We offer documents in both English and Spanish.

We prepare the documents for delivery in PDF format. From there, you can elect to integrate the forms into your DP system, put them online or take them to the printer for pre-printed forms.

Here is a list of choices for file formats:

*These formats will incur an additional setup fee. Contact your authorized rep for pricing.

For Laser Printed forms, we offer document integration services on 2 levels:

1. Host integration with form field linking*
2. Web based forms for easier implementation and support.

*Currently, we support integration for ULTRADATA and Symitar.
